How to Get Help

The news that you, a friend or family member has leukemia or another blood disease can seem devastating.

We offer help and support . The first step is to see if there is a donor available in your family. If there isn't a family match, your transplant center will try to help you find an unrelated donor through the National Marrow Donor Program, the largest worldwide registry, which includes the over 1.7 million DKMS registered donors.

Meet Giovanni, born July 24, 2006, a happy and healthy baby. When Giovanni was just 6 weeks old, he began getting life threatening infections and after months of hospitalization was diagnosed with NEMO, a rare and severe immune disorder.
