Popstar Natasha Bedingfield Performing at “Linked Against Leukemia Gala" to Benefit DKMS

May 7th at Capitale in New York City

New York, New York (April 10, 2008) — British singing sensation Natasha Bedingfield will perform at the “Linked Against Leukemia Gala” to benefit DKMS on Wednesday, May 7th at Capitale in New York City. Bedingfield is currently promoting her new album Pocketful of Sunhine and rehearsing for an upcoming tour and has added this fundraiser onto her busy schedule. She joins host Mario Cantone and honorees Cindy Crawford and Emanuel Chirico (Chairman & CEO, Phillips-Van Heusen, parent company of Calvin Klein, Inc.) for an unforgettable night.

“I am thrilled to be a part of such a worthy cause and am honored to have been asked. It’s exciting to be in New York and among such a great group of people. Anything I can do to help,” says Bedingfield.

The 2nd annual black-tie affair will begin with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm, followed by dinner and other musical performances by recording artists, Darryl ‘DMC’ Mc Daniels and Sarah Connor. The event’s Honorary Chairman is Bernd Beetz (CEO, Coty Inc.).
