$200,000 Needed to Help Register Life-Saving Bone Marrow Donors
Every $ Donated will be used to pay for the donors tissue-typing
DKMS received an overwhelming response to the bone marrow donor drive held in honor of six-year-old Julianna Buttner who suffers from leukemia and is in need of a bone marrow transplant.
More than 2,700 people showed their support. Since it costs DKMS $65 to regsiter each new donor, we will now have to come up with more than $200,000 to have the samples tested.
A contribution in any amount will help us. Every dollar counts! With your support, we will be able to register all these potential bone marrow donors.
