For over 25 years John Ritter served Parklands High School as an English teacher dedicated to serving the Allentown community, but now he needs your help.

Four years ago, John was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder, and now his only chance at survival is to receive a bone marrow transplant from a matching marrow donor. To help find the hero that can save John or any other blood cancer patient, his friends and family are holding a marrow donor drive.

Kaitlyn is a kind, happy, caring 8 year old little girl who has battled Leukemia for 5 years. Kaitlyn now needs a second bone marrow transplant to beat her Leukemia for the 3rd time. Since her 2nd relapse, she has not been able to go to school or to do the things she loves; playing with friends, dancing, soccer and being with her younger sister Lauren. She is in the hospital for long periods of time.

Terria and her twin brother Billy were born on May 12, 2009. They were very healthy, normal babies; however, in July of 2011 Terria developed a bothersome cough and was always fatigued; after a few days of tests, life changed drastically. Terria, the sweet little princess, was diagnosed with JMML a dreadful form of leukemia. Now Terria needs a transplant in order to survive. Since her twin is not a bone marrow match, she is searching for someone who will save her life. This match could be you. All it takes is a simple cheek swab to see if you are Terria’s hero.

Meet 3 year old Liam Myrick. He was diagnosed with high risk stage 4 Neuroblastoma in July 2011. He has alrady gone through weeks of chemo & radiation, surgery, two bone marrow/stem cell transplants and will undergo up to 18 months of chemo and radiation in order to have a fighting chance. Both Sean, 21 and Patrick 17, are currently on the bone marrow donor list and in need of a transplant. The two younger boys, Danny and Timmy have had some success with medications, but doctors warn the Murry's that these medications will not work forever.
