Thursday, 9am to 3pm, Save a Life with Bank of America Card Services, Schoodic Dr, Belfast, ME, 04915. Last year employee Dan King registered and this year he helped save a life and you too may be as blessed to save a life. Ten minutes of your time could mean a life time to someone else if you are so blessed as to be a match. The process is simple: A one page application, 5 minutes of educational material about the two ways in which one can donate their stem cells to save another, and two cotton swabs put you in the life lottery where winning means you may save a life--the noblest thing one can do in life. Be in general good health between 18 and 55. Any and all donations to defer testing costs are welcome and tax deductible.
