Jackie, a vibrant 6-year-old girl, is not like other children her age. On Christmas Eve 2006, Jackie, then only 3, was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). In 2008, Jackie received a life-saving stem cell transplant from cord blood. Although Jackie still suffer post-transplant complications, she motivates herself and others by "Paying It Forward" to give hope to other patients who are in desperate need of finding a matching bone marrow donor.
Join Pay It Forward with Jackie in the fight against leukemia by registering as a bone marrow donor with DKMS! BRENTWOOD CARES - Have a heart and save a life!
