At just 26-years-old,Seun Adebiyi is one of the most driven individuals you will ever meet. Seun has achieved nearly every life goal he has set for himself. A Nigerian 2009 Yale Law School graduate, Seun was diagnosed with leukemia while training for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games last year and needs a bone marrow transplant. Now his goal is to register 10,000 people as donors with DKMS, the largest bone marrow donor center in the world.

In June 2009, I was diagnosed with two rare and aggressive forms of cancer: lymphoblastic lymphoma and stem-cell leukemia.

Seun Adebiyi is a 26 year old Yale Law School graduate who is also training for the 2014 Winter Olympics. In June 2009, he was diagnosed with lymphoma and leukemia and now is in need of a bone marrow transplant.

Most likely, my only chance for survival is a bone marrow transplant, but I am facing grim odds. African-Americans comprise only 8% of the registry, and receive transplants in the US only 17 % of the time.
My goal is to recruit 10,000 new donors with the help of DKMS but I cannot do it alone. I need Your help! Attend our first donor drive and register as a donor!

It costs DKMS $65 to tissue-type each new donor who registers. The goal is to register 10,000 donors, which would mean the lab fees would be $650,000. Since DKMS does not receive any funding from the Government, we need to come up with the money to help cover these costs. Click here to contrubute.
