High Risk Program

The DKMS High-Risk Program is designed to help high-risk patients find a donor quickly. Besides searching through the NMDP, this program allows direct communication with DKMS to initiate DRB1* typings.

In special cases, such as patients with no insurance, DKMS will also type other loci or perform high-resolution HLA typings. How does it work? Email your patient‘s HLA results to Andrea Stahr. DKMS will type the best possible donors at no cost, and will return an email with the typing results.
