Music Saves Lives (MSL) is the conduit between music, entertainment and important life-saving causes.
MSL and DKMS have partnered to bring music and life-saving opportunities to students across the nation allowing them to learn about the importance of simple actions they can participate in that identifies them as part of the community.
Music Saves Lives focuses on reaching college age youth to spread education about DKMS, the world’s largest marrow donor center, and the lives it has affected. You will find DKMS and MSL in music venues working with top musicians to promote awareness on how each individual can register to become a marrow donor, giving hope to patients around the world looking for their match.
Since 2005, the Music Saves Lives community has grown to be a trusted source for young individuals that care and want to learn about life-saving issues.

"Not a lot of people know that leukemia is the most common disease children die of in the U.S. Most children and young adults can be given a second chance if a match is found. However, only 2 out of 10 patients end up getting the life-saving treatment. I think it's amazing that Pat, who is organizing donor drives with DKMS is being an advocate for bone marrow registration at such a young age, he is such an inspiration." - Leona Lewis
